At Nohemy Adorno Fitness, I strive to provide my clients with the best possible training experience. To ensure that all clients receive the attention and dedication they deserve, I have implemented a cancellation policy. This policy is designed to promote accountability and respect for both the personal trainer and fellow clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which helps maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling system. Please review the details below to familiarize yourself with the cancellation terms.
Cancellation Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a personal training or nutrition coaching session. This allows adequate time to adjust schedules and accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellations: Failure to give adequate notice (cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session) will result in forfeiture of the training session.
Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for a scheduled session will receive the remaining time of the session, and the session will be considered complete. The session will not be extended.
No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice (”no- show”), the personal training or nutrition coaching session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled. A client is considered a no-show when they have failed to arrive 15 minutes passed their scheduled session time.
Emergency Exceptions: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or a family emergency, I understand that cancellations may be unavoidable. In such cases, please notify me as soon as possible to discuss a possible reschedule without forfeiting the training session. Forfeiture may be waived at the trainers discretion. Clients must provide documentation or evidence of the emergency.
Rescheduling Policy: Clients may request to reschedule a session without penalty if the request is made within the 24-hour notice period and a suitable alternative time within the same week is available.
Accountability and Professionalism: I appreciate your commitment to your fitness journey and value our professional relationship. Consistent adherence to the cancellation policy helps maintain a respectful and effective training environment for both parties involved.
Communication Expectations: All cancellations or requests for rescheduling should be communicated directly to the personal trainer via phone call, text message, or email. Leaving a voicemail is acceptable if done within the 24-hour notice period.
Policy Modifications: This cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of the personal trainer. Clients will be notified of any modifications in advance.
