In-home training is priced at $125 per hour to account for the time spent commuting to your location, transporting equipment, and setting up your workout. The rate reflects the added time and preparation involved in bringing a personalized training experience directly to you.

  • All personal training packages are non-refundable. Once you’ve completed your sessions, you may choose to purchase another package to continue training or conclude your training at that time.

  • No. There is no contract required. You can purchase a package, and once you've used up your sessions, you can continue with another package on a monthly basis.

  • The duration of a personal training session typically ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  • I will tailor exercises to your specific goals, incorporating a variety of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility training, and functional movements. The exercises will evolve as you progress and as your goals change.

  • For clients who are interested in both personal training and nutrition coaching, I offer a nutrition add-on for $200 per month. The nutrition add-on includes two coaching calls and access to my nutrition course.

  • To get started, simply schedule a consultation. The consultation will be conducted via Zoom, giving us the opportunity to meet, discuss your current challenges, and allow me to address any questions you may have.
