Each week, we’ll focus on different aspects of nutrition and behavior change, such as understanding macronutrients and micronutrients, meal planning, managing cravings, mindful eating, and developing sustainable habits.

The time needed for the course and tracking each week will be different for everyone. I suggest one to two hours each week.

For clients who are interested in both personal training and nutrition coaching, I offer a nutrition add-on for $200 per month. The nutrition add-on includes two coaching calls and access to my nutrition course.
